There is no scope for other low budget films when three biggies hit the marquee at the same time. Despite being aware of this fact, Rajinikanth’s Tamil dubbed film Petta also joined the race.

Petta didn’t grab attention of Telugu producers due to the declining market of Rajinikanth in Telugu states. Mummy movie 1999 free full. None of Rajini’s films post Robo were successful here. So it’s understandable that Petta didn’t find takers until the last minute.

Finally, Ashok Vallabhaneni bought the Telugu dubbing rights and decided to release it simultaneously with the Tamil version on Jan 10. No wonder Petta is suffering for making the late entry into Sankranthi race. Producer is unable to find decent number of screens anywhere with Telugu biggies NTR, VVR and F2 reserving theaters until Jan 20. Instead of blaming themselves for entering late, the producers are blaming the producers of Telugu biggies for booking maximum theaters.
